We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that we sent it to you, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Stains, folded cards, broken seals/plastic foilling broken will be not accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund.
All SALE ITEMS/FINAL CLEAR items purchased at harpreetsinghfamily.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Returns made without receipt or proof of purchase may be refused. NAVESAVAGE LIMITED reserves the right to deny any return.
All return shipping fees are at customers’ own expense.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@harpreetsinghfamily.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Items not purchased through harpreetsinghfamily.com, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for PayPal, your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs of your order are also non-refundable.
Modify or Cancel orders and Partially/Full Refund
Please contact us within 24 hours after order placement if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled and get refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address
In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you and logistics company to rectify the issue. harpreetsinghfamily.com cannot be responsible for the above situation at that time.
Free Gift
If a customer wishes to return an order or item which qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase item is also returned, or we will deduct the full price of the gift from your refund.
